Hair
extensions are available in two different styles. It is the strand and it is
the frame. The strands are supposed to look more natural, but they are much
more time and if you are having done in a salon, they will be more expensive
too. Frames are wider bands of hair and as such, are easier to reach. Hair
Extensions are all natural hair color, although some colors are more likely
than others. The frame type by hand is the best.
The frames
that you choose should be the best quality hair that you can afford. If you
want to look your best, do not use synthetic hair. The "European"
hair is good but blank or "raw" hair is even better because it has
never been subjected to a chemical treatment. Virgin hair is also the most
expensive because it is harder to find.
Frames are
set by lifting the upper layers of your hair and braiding braids horizontal lines
around your head. The frames are then woven into cornrows. When you pull your
natural hair down above, you should not be able to tell the difference between
your hair and hair extensions.
If you go
for a great look with long hair, you will have corn rows more frames. If all
you need is to add a little volume, you only need a few. No matter how much is
used, the size of the lines and fields of corn should vary some as the natural
way your hair grows.
When the
work is finished, you can comb your hair over the extensions and consider your
new extensions under your natural head of hair. This requires extensions to
support as much care as you would your own hair.
